Esselifehome Hassle-Free Shopping & Returns Policy

1. Faulty or Damaged Goods (Resolution within 2 days)
- Quick & Free Replacement: If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or damaged in transit, don’t worry.
- How to Claim: Please contact us within 2 days of receipt by emailing clear photos or a short video of the issue to: info@esselifehome.com.
- Resolution: Upon confirmation, we will arrange a free replacement. You do not need to return the damaged item.
2. Standard Returns Policy (Valid for 30 days)
- Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Customised items are not eligible for return.
- Refund Method: Once your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may opt for a refund as store credit that never expires.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Order Cancellation & Modifications
- Cancellation Deadline: To cancel an order, you must contact us no later than 11:59 PM (UK London Time) on the day the order was placed.
- Limitations: We cannot cancel orders that have already been “Processed” or “Shipped”. Please contact our customer support team via info@esselifehome.com.
4. Delivery Exceptions (Lost in Transit)
- Waiting Period: In rare cases, orders may be delayed due to carrier conditions. If your order has not arrived within 60 days of its shipment date, we will consider it lost.
- Resolution: Upon confirmation, we will process a full refund for the order.
- Split Shipment Note: For faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. Please check for all packages.
5. Important Notes & How to Request
- Size/Style Issues: If the item shipped matches the style/size you ordered exactly, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to personal measurement or preference. We will accept an exchange or refund if the error was due to our mistake.
